Return Policy
We will accept returns if you notify us within 10 days of receipt of the product to acquire a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number. Your product must be repackaged in all the original packaging and placed in a new mailing box with adequate packing material to prevent freight damage on the return trip to our warehouse. There is a 15% Mandatory Restocking Fee.
We prefer that you return the product to us via UPS or FedEx ground service and it must be shipped within 7 days of the RMA date. Insure the product for its full value and keep your shipping receipt in case of freight damage. When we receive your return product, it must be inspected in our warehouse. We cannot issue credit for items damaged during return to our facility. Freight damage will be documented and we will provide you with copies of our reports to help you file a claim with the shipper. FedEx and UPS require the shipper (you) to make any claims for freight damage.
We will credit your charge card or issue a check if the merchandise is in its original condition. You will not be credited for shipping costs. If you ordered mailbox numbers, the cost will be withheld from your credit. If we have applied the numbers to your mailbox, an additional removal fee will be charged. No returns will be authorized for discontinued, used, non-stock or special order items and refunds will not be issued.
Returns will be charged a minimum restocking fee of 15% of the original price.
