Shipping Policy
Freight Damage/Missing Parts Please notify us immediately of freight damage or missing parts/products when you receive your shipment. Most of our shipping carriers require you to keep all of the original packaging for ten days so that they can inspect the damage. We will manage all freight claims for merchandise we ship in order to send you a replacement as soon as possible. If you fail to notify us within three business days of receiving the damaged merchandise (or let us know if parts are missing) we retain the right to refuse the claim.
